Do you want to help start Viborg’s fastest (and most fun) new sport? ⚾️💨 We are looking for you who love sports, high energy and good laughs – and who want to become our first Baseball5 instructor in Viborg!
Have you never heard of Baseball5? Don’t worry, almost no one in Viborg has yet. This is where you come into the picture!
What is Baseball5?
Imagine a mix of round ball, tennis and baseball – just without the bat and gloves. The only equipment is a rubber ball, and the field can be in a schoolyard, a sports hall or a parking lot. It’s fast, it’s social and it’s for everyone – regardless of gender or sporting background.
What are you going to do?
As an instructor in Viborg, you will be a frontrunner in our mission to make the sport the coolest sport in the country. Your task will be to:
- Drive the training: Create the framework for a training session focused on basic athleticism – think fast feet, precise throws and sharp reactions.
- Learning and learning from you: You don’t have to be an expert from day one. You just have to want to learn the simple rules (we’ll help you all the way!) and pass on your enthusiasm to the participants.
- Create team spirit: Help shape a community where having fun is just as important as winning.
Who are you?
We are not looking for a baseball expert, but for someone who:
- Have experience with sports (perhaps as a coach, gymnastics instructor or physical education teacher).
- Is good at motivating others and dares to take control on the field.
- I think it’s great to be part of starting something completely new from scratch.
- Understands the value of throwing-catching exercises and good coordination.

- Education: You will be trained by the country’s most skilled instructors so that you feel confident in the game.
- Network: You will become part of Baseball5 Denmark, a nationwide community with big ambitions and lots of events.
- Influence: You are allowed to put your own stamp on what Baseball5 should look like in Viborg.
- CV boost: Experience with management, concept development and starting up a sport.
