Are you the type of person who knows that a good tournament is as much about the music and atmosphere as it is about the games themselves? Do you want to help build a new sporting community, where “play” means both sport and party?
Baseball5 is the sport of the future: It’s fast, it doesn’t require any equipment, and it can be played anywhere. We want to remove the “duty culture” from sports life and instead create a flexible and agile community. Now we need you to make our tournaments events that you just have to attend – a bit like a mini-festival.
Your mission:
As our new Event Creator, you will be responsible for developing concepts and running Baseball5 tournaments in Denmark. Your task is not just to keep track of points, but to ensure the “vibe”. This means:
- Concept development: Make the tournament a “party” inspired by the festival environment and concepts like Spike Festival.
- Atmosphere Manager: Ensure the right playlist, good energy and social zones between matches.
- Community Building: Help us make Baseball5 the most accessible community in Denmark, where gender, age and background merge.
Who are you?
- You are young at heart (and perhaps in age) and love events where sports and socializing go hand in hand.
- You may have experience from festivals, study cafés or other volunteer communities.
- You thrive with a flat structure where we lift together and prioritize the social initiative.

- Professional experience: You will be allowed to lead the entire event flow and can write “Event Manager” or “Concept Developer” on your CV.
